ABSOLUTE MONARCHY RATIONALIZATION ACT 2017

PREFACE.

a. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to deny or disparage the power or credibility of the A.F.R. Monarchy, as represented in Human flesh by Czar N. Tweed and Czar D. Bickers.

b. The purpose of this Act is to Rationalize the position of AFR's various contributors according to subject and contribution level, and Ministries shall be formed thereof, in order to enhance AFR's propaganda/journalistic work.

I. The following Ministries shall exist by Will and Word of the Most Benevolent Czars:
(a) Ministry of Propaganda
-Reponsible for Production of AFR Content; run by the Will and Word of the two Most Benevolent Czars, in full consultation with the Knights of Vice Czars.
(b) Ministry of State
-subministries: Intercontental Affairs; Republic of Ireland Affairs; Labour Party (UK) Affairs; Federal District (D.C.) Affairs; The Netherlands / Dutch Affairs; Allegheny Affairs
(c) Ministry of Political Economy
-subministries; Health Policy; United States Revenue & Taxation;
